• Graduated with majoring in Telecommunication/Information or Information Technology/Management
• Having knowledge and capabilities of software - hardware installation as well as troubleshooting and networking (Linux, WindowsNT,LAN)
• Having capability to supporting Customers for services improvement
• Knowledge in Cisco networking and products will be an advantage
