MANAGER ESH
Responsible :

1.To support to effectively plan and manage the Factory Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and competency (ESHQC) management systems.
2.To monitor and report on all aspects of ESHQC matters within the factory operation.
3.Assist with development of procedures for management systems
4.Liaise with all departments and functions to ensure that procedures and policies are being followed, implemented and are appropriate to meet and exceed legal requirements.
5.Manage, Plan and carry out Vendor and subcontractor audits
6.Present a high safety profile in workshops and offices by conducting audits, regular tours, inspections, spot checks of base facilities and communicating ESH matters with all members of staff.
7.Creation and provision of training for personnel in health, safety and environmental related topics, manage competency within the country.
8.Collation, recording and effective communication of ESH data and monthly reporting

Requirment :
1.Male/Female
2.Age max 40 years ;
3.Education S1 in relevant discipline;
4.GPA: min 2.75;
5.Good command both in spoken and written English is MUST ;
6.Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
7.Self-motivated, highly integrity and preciseness, able to work independently and team;
8.Familiar with office software;
9.Experience 5 years professional working experience as ESH Manager in garment manufacture or related industry;
10.Familiar with domestic/Internatio

nal Law, Regulation on Safety, Health and Environmental;
11.Lead facilitate the implementation of corporate safety procedure/standards to support elements of ESH management system;
12.Able to monitor and measures organizational compliance to ESH requirements;
13.Develop and conduct training for relevant functions within the business organization ensuring that;
14.All personnel are oriented and trained appropriately for the Terminal hazards and procedures;
15.Good Knowledge in first aid, chemical storage system, coal boiler, machineries and risk analysis
16.Good knowledge in PDCA system , TPM, HIRAC, SHAPE,SWOT Method;
17.Preferable licensed as Safety Officer.
