Administration Staff
Job & Responsibility:
• Assist in preparation of documents (in English and Indonesian)
• preparation of meetings (agenda, reports, and all documents necessary for discussion during the meeting);
• recording of decisions taken and their subsequent implementation;
• preparation of the meeting minutes;
• contacting persons as required both within the company or to other external contacts;
• assist with other routine works;

Requirements
• Male of Female max.30 Years old
• Diploma (D3) in English literature or similar studies
• Excellent spoken English and written English comparable to native English speaking
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skill
• High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honesty, persistent
