Job Description:
1. Consulting and give advise with line management and provide HR policy guidance
2. Responsible to HR process end to end
3. Responsible for HRIS (HR Information System)
4. Able to work independently, build a team and assist in the recruitment process
5. Identify training needs for teams and individuals
6. Develop internal carrier
7. Organize town hall and sharing session
8. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, related major in Human Resources
2. Has 3-years experience related
3. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
4. Excellent communication skill and teamwork spirit
5. Proven work experience as an HR business partner
6. Excellent people management skills
7. Analytical and goal oriented
8. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
9. Smart, active person
9. Blood type : A or O
10. English pasive acceptable
11. Well groomer, used to wear proper office outfit, tidy also
