Our multinational oil and gas material parts company client which located in West Jakarta, currently looking for 2-3 person for

Customer Service Associate

With requirements below,

Bachelor Degree in any major
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook),
Ability to learn business system and other software platforms as required.
Min. 1 year experience in Customer Services in a multinational trading / distribution company or similar
Experience in using bespoke MRP, ERP, SAP, SCALA or other Order / Quotation Processing and Stock Management systems
 Ability to progressively learn mechanical and fluid-system related technical information.
Good communication skills in English – both verbal and written
Problem solving and conflict management abilities
Time management skills prioritization and ability to work under pressure
